About the role

You'll help keep servers, networks, and cloud services healthy: monitoring alerts, applying patches and updates, provisioning accounts and hardware, and troubleshooting tickets escalated from the help desk. You'll write and improve small automation scripts, maintain documentation of systems and procedures, assist with backup and recovery testing, and support infrastructure projects led by senior engineers. On-call rotation comes gradually, once you know the environment.

What you will bring

You bring foundational knowledge of operating systems and networking, a methodical approach to troubleshooting, and good notes. Certifications or lab projects show initiative. You stay calm when something breaks, communicate what you're doing, and ask for help at the right moment.
